Eligibility

Access to and use of the 99fb Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will suspend any account where there is reasonable evidence that this requirement has not been met.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not open player accounts).
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid Bangladeshi phone number, and keep that information current throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must not be self-excluded from 99fb or any other gaming platform under an active self-exclusion agreement. Players who are subject to an active self-exclusion must not attempt to open a new account.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 99fb Platform, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. If duplicate accounts are identified, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99fb Login credentials, including your registered phone number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the activity. 99fb is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to adequately protect their credentials.
• 99fb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or in response to a flagged suspicious transaction.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login or financial transaction) for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 99fb may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after giving reasonable prior notice to the registered phone number.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 99fb support immediately at [email protected]. 99fb will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99fb Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit at 99fb is ৳100. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your name. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 99fb processes withdrawal requests promptly. While most requests to bKash and Nagad wallets complete within minutes, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any additional KYC checks required.
• 99fb does not accept deposits from or make payments to third-party accounts. The account holder name on your payment method must match the name registered to your 99fb account.
• 99fb reserves the right to delay, freeze or reverse any transaction that it has reasonable grounds to suspect is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Player funds held in 99fb accounts are held separately from the Company's operational funds. In the event of any insolvency, player funds will be treated as a priority liability.

Bonuses and Promotions

99fb offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and over only. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible to receive or redeem bonuses.
• Each bonus will carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered and will typically be expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 30x rollover).
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories and within the time limits specified in the applicable bonus terms. Any bonus balance that has not been used within the specified validity period will expire automatically.
• 99fb reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account in good faith will be honoured subject to the applicable bonus terms.
• Players suspected of abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic wagering strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements, or collusion — will have their bonus entitlements removed and may have their accounts suspended.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 99fb Platform are subject to individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. The following general fair play conditions apply to all games:

• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under audited conditions. Neither 99fb nor any player may manipulate outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or error that affects the outcome of a game round, 99fb will investigate the incident and resolve it in accordance with its established technical error policy. Bets voided due to a technical error will be refunded to the player's account.
• In sports betting, 99fb reserves the right to void or suspend markets in the event of irregular betting patterns, match integrity concerns, manifest data feed errors or force majeure events affecting a fixture. Settled bets will only be re-examined where 99fb has clear and compelling evidence of a data feed error or integrity breach.
• The use of automated betting tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems or any software designed to give a player an unfair advantage over the house or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Where a game result is disputed, the Company's log records of the game session shall take precedence over any alternative records presented by the player, provided the Company's records are shown to have been properly maintained and not subject to fault.

Responsible Gaming

99fb is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following player protection tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases, ensuring the protective intent of a limit cannot be circumvented impulsively.
• Time-Out: Players may request a time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. The time-out cannot be reversed until the period has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is causing harm may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours of submission and will result in the permanent closure of the player's account and suppression of all marketing. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic session reminders to prompt them to review their session duration and spending at regular intervals during play.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99fb Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name, a false identity, or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, bonus claims or withdrawal requests.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage in games, or circumvent security or account controls.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or defraud 99fb or other players.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.

99fb employs fraud detection systems that monitor transactions and gameplay patterns in real time. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 99fb may take immediate action without prior notice, including freezing account balances pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 99fb Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, user interface design, sound effects and promotional materials — is the property of 99fb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 99fb. Any unauthorised use of 99fb's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the offending party to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99fb's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by you into your 99fb account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In particular, 99fb shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions, delays or errors caused by events beyond 99fb's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, payment provider outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, even if 99fb has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Amendments to These Terms

99fb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. The most current version of these Terms is always the version published on this page.
